Remember, the journey of personal growth and change starts from within, and it’s where great work truly happens.
Sure, it is easy to go to the gym and work out, eat healthier foods, and get more rest to help our physical bodies.
Progress may be slow and slow to show on the outside, but no great things happen overnight. Often, we might say they are a success overnight, but what we may not have seen is all the years of work on the inside, waiting to break out and begin a new life.
I challenge each of us to focus on the inside force and use it to break through like the inside force of the egg and watch amazing things happen because we were the inside force.
