After over a decade in the health and wellness industry, Aaron realized that our bodies change only short term unless our mindset changes for the long term. The two are forever linked and our bodies will follow to places where our mind takes it. We are continually building up new ideas and tearing down old ones in our construction zone we call our mind. What are Women’s Group Classes?
This class is only for women. All classes are a 30-minute mix of cardio and strength. The workouts are never boring and always changing! Come and join us and meet new friends that will lift you up and hold you accountable. Class Description
𝗠𝟮𝗕 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 is a high energy, 30-minute workout combining weights, cardio, and plyometrics. Every session is unique, so you’ll never get bored, just stronger! it’s a fun, full-body workout that keeps your body guessing and your results growing!
𝗠𝟮𝗕 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 is a 20-minute heart-pumping workout featuring a mix of hikes, power walks, intervals, sprints, and rolling hills. It’s designed to keep you energized and challenge your endurance!
𝗠𝟮𝗕 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 is a 20-minute glute-focused workout using bands and weights to target your glutes and hamstrings. Build strength, tone, and shape your booty in a fun and effective session!
𝗠𝟮𝗕 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗸 & 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗸 is a 30-minute treadmill class designed to strengthen your mindset and mental resilience while moving at your own pace. A new topic will be introduced each session, focused on mental growth and self-development, sharing strategies you can apply immediately to your life.
This is not a motivational speech, it’s about learning, growing, and building real mental strength. You can choose to simply listen or share when you feel led. Either way, you’ll leave with practical tools to improve your mindset and navigate life with more confidence and clarity.
