We are just a week away from Christmas!
I am sure it will be a busy week for many of us.
I want to encourage each of us to be mindful of the moments during this busy week. There will be many moments of stress, joy, happiness, worry, etc.
Be mindful of those moments that may steal from the joy of your week. Remember, those are just moments and will be gone in an instant.
This is true with all the special moments of the week. If we are not careful, we will miss those special moments because we are so focused on the moments that are causing us stress and anxiety.
I challenge each of us this week to celebrate those special moments because they will be gone in an instant and forever to only exist as a memory. The memory we have is up to us.
Don’t spoil the memory because you missed the moment.
