Last week, I saw a great quote from Albert Einstein: “A ship is always safe at shore. But that is not what it is built for.”

Einstein was brilliant, no doubt!

How often do we keep our ships safe at shore and not let them do what they are built for?

Of course, I am not talking about our actual ships.  I am talking about never taking chances.  We are always safe when we don’t take chances.

We as humans were built for change, and change only happens when we go out into the world, take our chances, and do what we were built to do.

I challenge each of us to stop playing it safe from shore.  Go out into the world, sail your ship, take chances, and see where you go.
