Good Morning Friends!!
I start my day each day with what I call the three pillars of success. My day starts out the same way five or six days each and every week.
I start my day with 20 minutes of a devotional and gratitude journaling.
I follow my 20 minutes by 20 – 30 minutes on the treadmill.
I then head to the gym to get my strength training for 30-45 minutes while listening to a podcast that is related to the mental aspects I want to improve.
Each day, the first hour to an hour and half of my day is dedicated to becoming spiritually, physically, and mentally prepared for the day. After my power hour in the morning I feel ready to conquer anything my day has in store for me.
I am ready to battle the devil.
I am ready to overcome any physical demand.
I am ready to conquer any weeds that may start to grow in my mind.
The three pillars of success hold me up on a daily basis but each day I must make sure they are strong first thing in the day to be able to hold the weight of what the world has for me.
Are you starting your day with your pillars of success?
Are your pillars crumbled?
I challenge you to use my pillars of success or create your own to lift your day up. To strengthen your day that extreme pressure cannot even crumble your pillars.
Pillars are the foundation of what is built upon them. Our foundations must be solid to build our vision of success so that no matter how much success they support, our pillars will never waiver.
Begin working on your pillars today.
Your Friend,
Aaron
